ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)

ESOL classes (English for speakers of other languages) are offered on three levels. The beginning level focuses on oral communication skills utilizing contextual learning.

The intermediate level combines English grammar, oral communication and writing skills. The advanced level addresses a higher level of grammar skills and highlights writing. All of the levels continually reinforce oral communication skills with the instruction relating to skills that are needed in everyday life. Daytime classes meet five days a week, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 12 noon.

Evening classes meet on Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. All textbooks and materials are provided for participants to use and there is no cost for the classes.
